Minimum 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads regularly.
Educate customers about solar solutions, benefits, and pricing models.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details and communication logs.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for appointments and site visits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent client service.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales and marketing team.
