We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Club Viator Private Limited. The role involves generating quality leads through outbound phone calls. The focus will be on identifying potential customers interested in our holiday services. Please note, this is not a sales role – you will not be required to sell products or close deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate quality leads.
Understand customer needs and provide brief information about holiday services.
Ensure leads are qualified and meet the company’s quality standards.
Maintain daily call logs and submit reports to the team lead.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
Ability to work with targets related to lead generation.
Positive attitude, patience, and good listening skills.
