We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Ageas Federal Life Insurance. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Role & responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to inactive agents and effectively communicate company offerings to spark interest.
Identify interested agents and coordinate with the respective branch heads for follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes using Excel.
Draft professional emails and messages to support telecalling efforts.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to agent reactivation goals.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in written communication (email, messaging).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining call logs and data sheets.
Willingness to make multiple outbound calls daily with enthusiasm and persistence.
