We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.
Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and leads.
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or further requirements.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Minimum [10th/12th/Graduate] qualification.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
