Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Counsellor to join our team at the SR Nagar branch. As a Tele Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and helpful information about our services, guide them through the initial steps of their study abroad journey, and convert inquiries into client enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Respond to and make calls to prospective students and their parents who have shown interest in studying abroad.

• Provide Expert Guidance: Clearly and effectively explain Videshwin's services, including university admissions, visa applications, and student counseling.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries to guide potential clients toward enrollment, maintaining a high conversion rate.

• Maintain Records: Accurately document all interactions, calls, and follow-up activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Achieve Targets: Work towards and meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and admissions.

• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth transition for all clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal communication skills in both English and Telugu.

• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and trust with potential students and their parents over the phone.

• Sales-Oriented Mindset: A proactive and persuasive approach to converting inquiries into sales.

• Patience & Empathy: A patient and professional demeanor to handle queries and concerns effectively.

• Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and an ability to quickly learn and use CRM software.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.

• Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling, sales, or customer service role is a plus, but we welcome freshers who are passionate and eager to learn.
