We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our Personal Loan process team. The candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, and guiding them through the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from provided leads for personal loan products.
Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits clearly.
Assess customer needs and offer suitable loan options.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and conversion records in CRM.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and company policies.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in BFSI / Telesales / Loan / Credit Card sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
