Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to hot and cold leads from our database.
Understand customer needs related to elevator requirements (e.g., number of floors, cabin size, space availability, usage purpose).
Collect planning details such as construction status and expected timeline.
Schedule site visits and product presentation meetings with potential clients.
Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and track progress.
Update lead information and conversations accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for further action
Requirements :
English Kannada (preferred)
Hindi and other regional languages is also a strong Advantage
