Job Description:
1. Generating Sales
2. Regular communication with customers for Orders and Payments
3. Co-ordination with Operations and Accounts for smooth completion of Orders
4. Identifying new territories and communicating with potential customers
5. Entertaining customer request about new product development and aligning the same with PMT (Product Management Team).
6. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
8. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
9. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Key Skills :
1. Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS excel, Google sheets) and Whatsapp/ Telegram and other messaging platforms
4. Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Educational Qualification:
- Management, Pharmacy & Science Graduates (preferred)
- MBA
