In-hand Salary: ₹15,000/month

Incentives: Up to ₹2,500/month based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential delivery rider candidates from our internal database and online leads

• Explain job roles, payout structure, and benefits clearly to prospects

• Convert interested candidates into onboarded delivery riders

• Track call outcomes, lead status, and maintain accurate data in Google Sheets

• Share daily and weekly hiring reports with the team

• Coordinate with hiring and ops teams to hit targets

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support

• Ability to make 80–100 calls/day consistently

• Good spoken Hindi and/or Kannada (English is a plus)

• Basic computer skills – Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.

• Self-driven and result-focused
