Job Description:

We are hiring a Tele calling Executive with hands-on experience in loan recovery and tele calling, specifically in the NBFC sector. The candidate should have practical knowledge of DRA practices and be capable of handling recovery calls professionally. The role is based in Sitaburdi, Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound recovery calls to customers with overdue EMIs on personal/business loans.

• Follow up diligently to ensure timely collections and resolve repayment issues.

• Apply DRA practices while interacting with customers, ensuring compliance and empathy.

• Maintain call logs, update customer status on CRM systems, and prepare daily reports.

• Coordinate with field recovery officers when required.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Handle objections and negotiate repayment plans with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan recovery and tele calling (NBFC/BFSI preferred).

• Working knowledge of DRA practices (DRA certification/Non DRA).

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Must be based in or willing to work at Sitaburdi, Nagpur.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience with NBFC recovery processes.

• Familiarity with local geography and customer profile.
