Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting in basic marketing activities. The role also involves managing social media pages, performing routine office tasks, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company offerings.

2. Handle inbound inquiries through calls, messages, or social media platforms.

3. Understand client requirements and connect them to the concerned department or sales representative.

4. Prepare quotations as per client needs and send them professionally.

5. Manage company social media pages – post regular updates, add stories, and engage with followers.

6. Maintain client database, follow-up list, and record of inquiries in Excel or CRM.

7. Coordinate site visits or meetings with the sales and project team.

8. Prepare daily and weekly call/follow-up reports.

9. Assist with general office tasks and provide administrative support as required.

10. Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly approach in all interactions.
    

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, and Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).

Ability to handle multi-tasking (calls, quotations, and social media).

Positive attitude, punctuality, and customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream).

Experience: 0–2 years (telecalling, marketing, or admin background preferred).

Work Schedule:

Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
