Telecaller – Digital Marketing Services
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining digital marketing services (such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.), scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a good understanding of digital marketing solutions.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s digital marketing services.
Build and maintain a database of leads through telecalling, online research, and referrals.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into opportunities.
Explain the benefits and features of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, etc.) in simple terms.
Handle client questions and objections professionally and persuasively.
Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
Ensure proper follow-ups with clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
Share details of interested leads with the business development team for closure.
Assist in meeting sales targets through consistent lead generation and conversion efforts.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and lead status reports.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the manager on lead conversion rates and call performance.
Collect and document customer information, needs, and preferences.
Share market feedback to improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer support executive.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
