🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote demat and trading account services.
Explain Angel One’s investment offerings including equities, mutual funds, and IPOs.
Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure timely conversions.
Assist clients in completing onboarding documentation and KYC processes.
Maintain lead status, call logs, and conversion records using CRM or Excel.
Meet monthly targets related to account openings and client activations.
🎯 Skill & Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales support (stock market/BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Candidates should be based near JP Nagar or BTM Layout and willing to work from the office.
