We are a growing recruitment firm based in Perungudi, Chennai, specializing in talent acquisition across multiple industries. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team and support our hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates to explain job openings and assess their suitability.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to candidate queries professionally.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal recruiters and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and call logs.

• Follow up with candidates through calls/WhatsApp/email regarding interview schedules and status.

• Provide daily/weekly call reports to the team lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).

• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Google Sheets).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• candidates with recruitment/BPO/telecalling experience are welcome.

Preferred Candidate

• Women candidates preferred (as part of workforce diversity initiatives).

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good convincing skills.
