We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Donor Campaign Telecaller to join our fundraising team. The role involves contacting potential and existing donors over the phone to raise funds, spread awareness about our causes, and build long-term donor relationships. Your goal is to engage donors emotionally and encourage consistent support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors from the provided database.

Clearly explain the organization’s mission, goals, and ongoing campaigns.

Convince individuals to contribute funds for various causes and donor campaigns.

Maintain records of conversations, donor details, and pledges in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested donors and handle any queries professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

Collaborate with the fundraising and communication team for campaign effectiveness.

Provide feedback from donor interactions to improve scripts and strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.

Ability to connect emotionally and build rapport over the phone.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
