Position: Telecaller – B2B

Key Responsibilities

• Contact businesses (B2B clients) via phone calls to promote and explain company services/products.

• Identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.

• Maintain and update client database for follow-ups and lead tracking.

• Handle client inquiries professionally and build strong business relationships.

• Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients until closure or handover to the sales team.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Prepare and maintain reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / telesales / B2B sales (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language will be a plus).

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).
