Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Maintain a database of customer details and call records.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer queries and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (freshers can also apply if confident).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate – as per company preference.
