We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to become a valuable part of our team for Shri Sarveshwari Enterprises based in Bhopal, located at TT Nagar. The role offers ₹6000 - ₹11500 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Loan/ Credit Card. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0 - 0.5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi, Marathi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Below 10th is required, and candidates must be open to working 7 days during the Day shift.
