We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell company products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.
Handle objections professionally and turn them into sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software is an advantage.
Confident, energetic, and persuasive communication style.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Available to work flexible hours if required, including weekends or evenings during campaigns.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
