Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.

• Explain course details, benefits, and admission process.

• Counsel students on suitable programs and career paths.

• Assist in setting up certification exams for students.

• Coordinate with trainers and admin to generate course completion certificates.

• Maintain accurate student records, admission logs, and exam reports.

• Regularly follow up with students to ensure smooth enrollment and certification process.

• Support overall student experience and academic coordination.

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (compulsory).

• Fluency in Kannada and Telugu is mandatory.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome).

• Education: Graduate preferred (any stream).

• Target-oriented, persuasive, and well-organized with record-keeping skills.

• Must reside near Jayanagar, JP Nagar, or BTM Layout.
