Position: Telecaller (with Excel & Data Management Skills)

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, and report preparation)

• Must be able to maintain and update monthly data of:

• Secondary sales targets for all field teams

• Allowances validation for all field teams

• Incentives tracking and compilation for all field teams

• Handle grievances and queries of all field team members and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate with field staff to collect, verify, and update data regularly

• Support management with daily and monthly reports

Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

Location: BANGLORE

Salary: 20K
