Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Telecaller at Turno, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping them understand our offerings, solving their queries, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain Turno's products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

• Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Follow communication scripts and comply with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling/sales/customer service will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
