Job Description / Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors and supporters over the phone to build awareness, generate leads, and promote the organization's causes and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/donors using telephone equipment and automated dialing systems.

Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

Enter and verify data in the donor management database and back up regularly.

Follow organizational standards to ensure high-quality service and communication.

Record details of lead opportunities and update call notes consistently.

Manage and track personal performance metrics on a daily basis.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all donor and organizational information.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive ability.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Prior experience in a BPO or telecalling role is preferred (minimum 1 year).

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Educational Qualification:

10th / PUC / Any Graduate

Candidates with prior BPO experience will be given preference.
