We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling and Customer Sales Associate to promote and sell a range of banking products, including credit cards, through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a persuasive sales approach, and a passion for meeting targets. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell banking products, including credit cards, loans, and other financial services.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and offers in Hindi and English based on the customer's preference.
Understand customer needs and suggest the most appropriate financial solutions.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets set by the management.
Ensure high-quality customer experience and build rapport for long-term engagement.
Coordinate with the sales and backend teams to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance.
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
