The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to existing and potential customers regarding vehicle insurance renewals, queries, and offers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in the insurance and automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for insurance policy renewals and new insurance sales.

• Explain insurance products and services clearly to customers.

• Follow up with customers via phone, SMS, or email regarding policy status and renewal reminders.

• Maintain customer database and update call records accurately.

• Coordinate with the sales and insurance team to ensure smooth processing.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the manager.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language (if applicable).

• Basic knowledge of motor insurance is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or insurance sales.
