We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for our IT products and services. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, following up with clients, and supporting the sales or customer service process.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain IT products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Provide basic information about services like software, apps, websites, etc.
Resolve customer queries professionally and redirect technical questions to the appropriate teams.
Maintain call logs, feedback, and status reports.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in Hindi and English.
Basic understanding of IT services (web development, software, digital marketing, etc.).
Ability to persuade and handle objections.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Confidence and ability to work independently.
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in IT, software, or services.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
