Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our BPO calling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided.
· Pitch products/services to prospects and explain features and benefits.
· Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
· Convert leads into confirmed sales.
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
· Maintain a record of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversion in CRM.
· Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
· 0–3 years of experience in outbound sales or telecalling (BPO experience preferred).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
· Ability to handle rejections and objections with a positive attitude.
· Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
· Experience in voice-based BPO processes.
· Multilingual skills (e.g., English + Hindi/Regional language).
· Prior experience in financial products, telecom, or insurance sales.
