About the Role

We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller – B2B to communicate with customers involved in arbitration and conciliation processes. The candidate will be responsible for calling clients, inviting them to meetings, understanding their concerns, and guiding them regarding loan-related queries or dispute matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers related to arbitration and conciliation cases.

• Invite customers for scheduled meetings with the legal/arbitration team.

• Explain the purpose of the meeting and provide necessary case-related information.

• Address customer queries related to loan issues, outstanding amounts, notices, or dispute processes.

• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

• Update call records and maintain accurate customer data.

• Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely follow-up calls with customers to confirm attendance.

• Provide basic guidance on the arbitration/conciliation process (as trained).

• Work towards achieving daily and weekly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language (as needed).

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.

• Basic understanding of the loan process, EMI, overdue, or customer support (advantage).

• Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.

• Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B calling, customer service, debt recovery, or telecalling roles.

• Background in finance, loan processing, arbitration, conciliation, or legal support (added advantage).
