
•Telecaller – Job Description•
We’re looking for a confident communicator to drive outbound calls (or handle inbound inquiries) and support sales or service goals.
•Key responsibilities•
- Make/receive calls following a script or talking points, aiming for quality leads or issue resolution.
- Record call details accurately in the CRM and update relevant records.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and adhere to service‑level agreements.
- Identify customer needs, handle objections, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Participate in brief training and performance feedback sessions.
•Requirements•
- High school diploma; prior telesales or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Clear, articulate spoken English (and/or regional language) with a friendly tone.
- Typing speed ≥ 50 wpm and basic computer proficiency (CRM, spreadsheet).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle rejection positively.
- Strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
