Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our digital marketing packages
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients to convert leads into sales
Record customer details, interactions, and follow-ups in the system
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Achieve monthly calling and sales targets (with incentive rewards)
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required
Requirements
Female candidates only
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling)
Ability to stay calm, confident, and positive on calls
Good listening skills and patience when dealing with customer queries
Must be punctual and willing to work full-time
