Job Title: Bank Teller
Job Summary:
To provide efficient, friendly, and accurate checkout service, ensuring a positive final impression for customers while maintaining financial accuracy and store presentation. 
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and payment terminals to process sales accurately.
Handle various payment types (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards) and provide correct change.
Issue receipts, process refunds, exchanges, and apply coupons/discounts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally, providing product information.
Bag, box, or gift-wrap purchases for customers.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning/end of shifts and report discrepancies.
Assist with general store duties like restocking shelves, organizing displays, or light cleaning as needed.
Promote loyalty programs, new products, or special offers (cross-selling).
Requirements & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, honest, and positive attitude.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
