Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments.

• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and repayment options clearly.

• Persuade customers to make timely payments and resolve pending dues.

• Maintain professionalism and follow company guidelines during conversations.

• Update call records, payment promises, and customer information in the system.

• Follow up on broken promises and ensure collection targets are achieved.

• Escalate critical cases to seniors when required.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer data responsibly.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Telugu

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations politely and confidently.

• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.

• Patience, discipline, and a target-oriented attitude.
