We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our loan department. The primary responsibility is to contact potential and existing customers to generate leads, explain loan products, assist with documentation, and ensure successful conversion and client satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (personal loan, home loan, business loan, etc.).
Handle inbound inquiries regarding loan services.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Explain loan terms, eligibility, and required documentation.
Follow up with leads to ensure completion of the loan application process.
Maintain and update customer database and call records accurately.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and documentation teams as needed.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or loan processing is an advantage.
Good communication skills in [language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
