Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, generating leads, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer support to ensure business growth.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Explain products, services, and offers to customers clearly and effectively.
Maintain and update customer databases on a regular basis.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Report customer feedback, issues, and suggestions to the management team.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and scripts during calls.
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduation.
Prior experience in tele calling or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or local language.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office/CRM systems.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
