Job Description – Telecaller Sales (Patna Location)
We are hiring for the position of Telecaller – Sales for our company based in Patna. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner, as the role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product or service details, and persuading them to make a purchase or take further interest. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing leads and follow-ups effectively.
The position requires the ability to handle and maintain customer databases, hence a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. Additionally, the candidate must have a basic understanding of the internet and digital communication tools, enabling them to track responses, update data, and manage online customer interactions efficiently.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
2. Good command of spoken Hindi and English, with clear and persuasive communication.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and internet usage for handling and organizing customer data.
4. Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets and maintain proper call records.
5. A positive attitude, patience while dealing with customers, and a problem-solving mindset.
