What You’ll Do:
📞 Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and care
🤝 Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information
📝 Log interactions, track follow-ups, and ensure timely resolutions
🚀 Collaborate with the team to solve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
🎯 Meet key performance targets like call handling time and resolution rate

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Customer Service / Telecalling preferred)
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
✅ A positive, customer-first attitude
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
