Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients for sales, service, or feedback.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain call logs and update CRM with call details.
Follow up with customers as needed to close queries or sales.
Promote products or services as per the company’s guidance.
Data Entry Duties:
Enter and update customer or business data in the database.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Prepare and generate daily/weekly reports from data systems.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Previous experience in telecalling or data entry is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
