We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecalling cum Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate data entry records in the system.
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads or follow-up.
Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Record call details, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or Excel.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM software.
Maintain and update records of customer interactions.
Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it.
Generate reports as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or data entry (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in [Insert relevant languages: e.g., English, Hindi, Regional language].
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
