We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls to potential or existing customers. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, skilled in sales or customer service, and able to achieve targets while maintaining a professional attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Maintain a positive, professional tone in all conversations.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as needed, e.g., English, Hindi].
Good listening skills and the ability to handle pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
