We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller fluent in Tamil and Telugu to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring the call efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up and engagement

• Handle incoming calls and provide prompt and accurate information

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolve queries

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets

• Collaborate with the team to meet business objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Tamil and Telugu

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
