We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations & Communication Executive to support our recruitment team. This is a non-sales, voice-based coordination role that involves candidate and client communication, data management, and process support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients over the phone.

• Understand and follow recruitment processes and operational workflows.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain and update reports, trackers, and databases using Excel and Word.

• Draft and respond to professional emails as per communication protocols.

• Perform daily administrative tasks and multitask across responsibilities.

• Ensure accurate data entry and timely report submissions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Good command of English communication (spoken & written).

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email drafting.

• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.

• Understanding of recruitment basics or willingness to learn.

• Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.

🔹 Preferred:

• Experience in coordination, tele-calling, or admin roles is a plus.
