💼 Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our financial services team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone to explain and promote our investment products, open Demat accounts, and assist with client queries. This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and have an interest in financial markets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Call potential clients from the provided leads database.

Explain financial products such as Demat accounts, mutual funds, insurance, SIPs, and share trading options.

Convince clients to complete their KYC and open Demat accounts.

Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM system.

Follow up with interested customers via phone or WhatsApp.

Resolve client queries related to products, accounts, and services.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or financial services is a plus.

Basic knowledge of financial products like shares, mutual funds, SIP, etc.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

Familiarity with using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.
