Job Description:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, or procedures.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
Record details of customer interactions and update the database.
Forward complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
Follow call guidelines and maintain a polite, positive tone at all times.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Achieve daily call handling quality and productivity standards.
Participate in team discussions to improve customer service processes.
Experience: Minimum 1 year, (Telle calling experience in educational industry is mandatory)
Location: Vadapalani
Salary: 15k to 30k
Timing: 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM
