We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting with product or service information. Your primary goal will be to promote our offerings and convert leads into customers.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database (CRM).
Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
Provide accurate information to customers and address their concerns effectively.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate if required.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support sales.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional languages.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Confidence and a positive attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM software).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
