We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain customer records in CRM and update call status regularly.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages will be a plus).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.

• Confident, polite, and convincing telephone manner.

• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing will be an advantage.
