About the Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (HR Recruitment) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment calls, sourcing candidates,and coordinating interviews for various job positions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound recruitment calls to potential candidates.

• Explain job roles and company requirements effectively to candidates.

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job descriptions.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the HR team.

• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.

Assist in achieving monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass.

• fresher or experienced both can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR/Recruitment will be an advantage.
