Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the BPO field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Hindi & English language. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 working days during the Day shift.
