Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining
customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and
prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Continuously improve through feedback and training.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Interview Process:
Round 1: Written Test
Objective: Assess basic business understanding, communication, and reasoning skills.
Format: MCQs + short answers (sales scenarios, email writing, aptitude, etc.)
Duration: 45-60 minutes
Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview
Objective: Deep dive into past experience, sales acumen, and cultural fit.
Format: Role-play scenarios, objection handling, negotiation examples, and goal-setting discussions.
Interviewer: Sales Manager / Department Head
Duration: 30–45 minutes
Round 3 : Telephonic Interview
Objective: Evaluate verbal communication, confidence, and understanding of the role.
Topics: Background check, situational questions, product pitch, and interest in sales.
Duration: 15–20 minutes
