Role Description

We’re looking for a Tele caller to drive outbound sales for our pet medicine and supply store. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, eager to learn, and experienced in upselling and cross-selling over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm leads and convert them into loyal customers

Upsell and cross-sell pet products with a consultative approach

Build genuine connections and trust with pet parents

Take ownership of the sales journey—from first call to final purchase

Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or customer engagement

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Experience in pet products is a big plus

A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
