Role Overview :-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (Sales Support) who can connect with potential clients, explain our consulting services, and generate leads for the sales team. Your role will be to build strong client relationships over calls and help in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to potential clients and explaining our consulting services.

• Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.

• Fixing appointments and following up with interested clients.

• Maintaining proper call records and daily reporting.

• Supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

📌 Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Confident and polite telephone manner.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Prior telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage
